The app even includes one free guide to meditation, in case you’re in need of some extra help to calm your mind.
Naturespace
One of the most basic sleep apps on the market, Naturespace simplifies your choices, offering just a few categories of nature based sounds to help you relax. As the old saying goes … sometimes less is more, and the last thing you want to do is get distracted with a complicated app right before bedtime.
SleepBot
Believe it or not, you can actually wake up less tired with the help of SleepBot, a hand little app that monitors your sleep cycle. You can set SleepBot to wake you up at the optimal time so you experience less sleep cycle disruption and feel less groggy.
Dream Talk Recorder
If you’re a restless sleeper, chances are good that you’re probably saying a lot more during the night than you may think. Find out tonight with Dream Talk Recorder, which will record your random midnight ramblings and play them back to you in the AM.
Sleep Better
As its name implies, the Sleep Better app is designed to help you, well, sleep better. It monitors your sleep cycle much like the SleepBot app previously mentioned, but another cool thing it does is let you know how different stimuli like caffeine, stress, exercise, and alcohol can affect your sleeping patterns.
