As the old saying goes … sometimes less is more, and the last thing you want to do is get distracted with a complicated app right before bedtime.
Believe it or not, you can actually wake up less tired with the help of SleepBot, a hand little app that monitors your sleep cycle. You can set SleepBot to wake you up at the optimal time so you experience less sleep cycle disruption and feel less groggy.
